2. By an order dated 27/11/2014, the matter was compromised and as per the terms settled, the first respondent Vallab Varak has deposited an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in this Court, which is payable to the present applicant/ complainant. In such circumstances, the application is allowed as prayed. An amount of Rs.2,00,000/- be paid to the applicant, on proper identification, along with accrued interest, if any.
