This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. The impugned judgment and award was passed on 22/6/2019 and the applicant applied for certified copy on 25/6/2018, which was delivered on 18/7/2018. The appeal came to be filed (without any application for condonation of delay) on 1/10/2018. It appears that on an office objection being raised, the applicant filed the present application on 29/1/2019.

2. In any event the appeal itself was already filed on 1/10/2018 on which date according to the applicant, there was a delay of two days in filing the appeal.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Let the appeal be registered. The application is disposed off.
