2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition as the petitioner intends to take recourse to an alternate remedy under Section 7 of the Goa Maintenance of Public Order and Safety Act, 1988, before the State Government.
3. In such circumstances, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. Needless to mention that if, any such appeal is filed, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.
