3. As such, a common paper book would be necessary in both the Second Appeals.

4. Mr. Morajkar, who appears for the Appellant in Second Appeal No. 5/2023, will have to take steps for preparing the paper book. For this, he will have to pay the paper book charges and provide the list of documents, etc. Mr. Morajkar states that this exercise will be positively completed within two weeks from today.

5. The Registry to ensure that the paper book is prepared within a maximum period of 6 weeks from today.

6. Once the paper books are prepared, place the matter for final hearing, high on board, subject to overnight part-heard matters.
