Heard Mr. Vivek Rodrigues, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D. Pangam, the learned Advocate General, who appears along with Mr. Shailesh Redkar, Additional Government Advocate for the Respondents. The learned Advocate General states that the impugned Order dated 11.10.2018 be withdrawn and a fresh decision will be taken in the matter within a period of one month from today after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his representative. His statement is accepted.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner accepts that the notice

WP/490/2019 of such hearing can be served upon the Advocate for the petitioner, as, the petitioner is presently abroad.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, the relief applied for in this petition stands substantially worked out. This is because depending upon the decision taken the issue of pension will have to be sorted out.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off in accordance with law.

5. The Authenticated copy of this order be furnished to the parties.
