This P.I.L. was instituted in 2022. Rule was issued on 25.01.2023. Interim relief was substantially declined. Construction is now already complete. Construction is made subject to final orders in this petition. 3.

In the above circumstances, we do not think that any case for fixing a peremptory date is made out. In any case, we grant the Petitioner liberty 28th February 2024
