This is an application for confirmation of decree of dissolution of marriage, granted by a Foreign Court, namely the Competent Court in Germany. The marriage has been dissolved by consent of the parties. The respondent is served. However, none appears. The learned Counsel for the applicant states that Germany is a reciprocating country.
