This Petition seeks expeditious disposal of Panchayat Appeal No. ADP-I/BAR/PA No.78/2018, pending before the Additional Director of Panchayats, Panaji .

3. For the order which is proposed to be made, notice to Respondents No.3 and 4 is really not necessary.

4. In any case, Mr. Dhargalkar, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate, on instructions, states that the Additional Director of Panchayats will dispose of this appeal latest by 30 th June, 2020. This statement is accepted and the Additional Director of Panchayats, Panaji is directed to act accordingly.

This Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
