Te petitioner complains that the proceedings before the 2nd respondent which commenced in the year 2018 on complaints of the petitioner are not being disposed of even though the matter has been fully argued.

Accordingly, we direct the Chief Officer to dispose of the proceedings before him which initiated based on the petitioner's complaints dated 21/08/2018 and 04/09/2018 within three months from today on its own merits and in accordance with law. 21st February 2024
