2. This is an application for setting aside the Order passed by the Registrar dismissing the Writ Petition for non-removal of office objections. Only by way of indulgence for the reasons mentioned in the application and to give an opportunity to the Applicant to contest the Writ Petition on merits, the application is allowed. The impugned Order passed by the Registrar is set 16th March, 2023

CRA 6 of 2023 aside subject to the Applicant removing all the office objections within two weeks from today.
