Mr. Thakkekar, learned counsel states that the Goa Real Estate Regulatory Authority has assured the petitioner that the proceedings before it would be disposed of by 17 th March, 2022. Due to such assurance, Mr. Thakkekar does not press this petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as not pressed. 3.

Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4 states that there are several allegations made by the petitioners against the respondents No.2, 3 and 4. We make it clear that we have not gone into such allegations and are disposing of this petition simply based upon the request made by Mr. Thakkekar, today.
