In the judgment and order dated 3.1.2019, following corrections are to be effected.

(i) In paragraph 10 line 2 Excise Appeal number to be indicated as 3/2007 and in line 4 Excise Appeal number be indicated as 4/2007.

(ii) Similarly, in paragraph 13 Excise Appeal number to be indicated as 3/2007.

(iii) In paragraph 14 Excise Appeal Number to be indicated as

MCA/136/2019 4/2007.

(iv) In paragraph 17 line 2 Excise Appeal number be indicated as 4/2007, in line 13 Excise Appeal number to be indicated as 4/2007 and in line 18 also Excise Appeal number to be indicated as 4/2007.

(v) Finally, in paragraph 18(i), Excise Appeal number to be indicated as 4/2007 and in paragraph 8(i), Excise Appeal number be indicated as 4/2007 and in paragraph 18(ii) Excise Appeal number be indicated as 3/2007.

2. Save and except aforesaid changes, rest of the order remained unchanged. Aforesaid changes to be carried out in the original order and corrected order be uploaded on the website.

3. Application for speaking to the minutes is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
