It is the contention on behalf of the petitioner that after hearing of the arguments on 23/01/2020, the learned Trial Court has been adjourning the matter for orders time and again without any justifiable reason.

2. A perusal of the extract of the daily Roznama of the case supports his contention in that regard. In view thereof, the learned Sessions Judge-I, Mapusa is directed to decide the bail application pending before her within a week from today.
