Heard Mr. Prasheen Lotlikar, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Te petitioner's only complaint is that the Panchayat is not disposing of the petitioner's complaint dated 18/10/2023.

Accordingly, we direct the Panchayat to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 18/10/2023 in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months from the date an authenticated copy of this order is placed before it. 4.

Te Panchayat must comply with the principles of natural justice and fair play if any adverse action is proposed. Te Panchayat must communicate its decision to the parties within this period of three months. All contentions of all parties on merits are kept open to be decided by the Panchayat in the first instance.

Te petition is disposed of in the above terms. Te shall be no order for costs.
