2. In a connected batch of petitions, the Division Bench of this Court, by an order dated 07/02/2018 in MCA No.101/2018, has extended the interim relief for a further period of eight weeks. Considering this, time fixed vide order dated 05/12/2017 in W.P.No.412/2017 is extended by a period of eight weeks from today, subject to the applicant continuing to maintain status-quo

MCA/105/2018 in respect of the structures in question.
