Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

2. This is an Application for amendment of the cause title with respect to Respondent No. 14 and also for furnishing new address of Respondent No. 14.

3. As far as the change of name of Respondent No. 14 is concerned, it is clear that before the Trial Court, no such name or other details as mentioned in this Application were found in the judgment passed by the Trial Court. However, the Applicant could be permitted to serve Respondent No. 14 on the new address mentioned in paragraph 6 of the Application.

4. Accordingly, the present Application is partly allowed. The Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent No. 14 as per the new address mentioned in paragraph 6 of the Application.
