Ms. Kamat places on record an order dated 17 th February, 2020 made by the Director of Education, approving suspension of Respondent No.3.

Ms. Kamat points out that this order dated 17 th February, 2020 has been communicated to both, the Advocate for the Petitioner, as well as the Advocate for Respondent No.3.

Mr. Sequeira, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the relief in this Petition stands worked out by virtue of the order dated 17 th February, 2020.

Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of by taking on record the order dated 17 th February, 2020. However, it is clarified that the present order will not preclude Respondent No.3 from taking such steps as may be permissible under law, in relation to the order dated th February, 2020.
