This is an application for restoration of writ petition no.721/2008. The parties on the last date submitted that if the writ petition is restored to file the main petition itself can be taken up for final hearing as it is an old petition pertaining to the year 2008. Accordingly the matter was fixed today. Thus on hearing the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
