REGISTRAR'S ORDER The admit notice of respondent returned unserved. As per the bailiff report dated 06.11.2019, the notice to respondent could not be served, as nobody could tell the correct address in the locality. The Bailiff also made an inquiry with the staff of Village Panchayat, Taleigao, but they also do not know the detailed address of the respondent. Further, he also inquired with the local panch member of that ward but could not found his name in the electrol roll. So, the appellant has filed this application to serve the respondent by way of substituted service i.e. by way of publication in the daily newspaper circulated in the State of Goa. The application is supported by an affidavit. It reveals that the notice to respondent will not be served by ordinary mode. Hence, this application is granted for issuing notice to respondent by way of publication in the local daily newspaper in English and Marathi, widely circulated in the State of Goa.

The Ld. Advocate for the applicant to pay the necessary process fees, collect the publication notice. After publishing it Advocate shall file the affidavit of service along with the newspaper. Accordingly, the Misc. Civil Appln. is disposed of.
