The learned Counsel for the parties fairly admit that the issues and the reliefs in this Petition are rendered infructuous because the suit in which the impugned order was made, is itself disposed of.

Ms Fernandes points out that an appeal has been instituted against the Judgment and Decree disposing of the suit. However, such an appeal will be decided on its own merits and in accord with law and is not relevant for entertaining the challenge to the interim order pending the suit.
