The petitioners are before this Court being aggrieved by the non-action of the respondents and particularly respondent no.9Village Panchayat of Kundaim. Certain orders were passed by this Court namely, 16.03.2022, 04.04.2022, 04.05.2022 and lastly, by order dated 20.07.2022, learned counsel appearing for the Panchayat had made a statement before this Court, on instructions, that 9 show12th September 2022
19-PILWP-17-2022.DOC cause notices were issued and it was submitted further that decision will be communicated to the respective noticees. Learned counsel for the Panchayat also submitted before this Court that an opportunity of hearing will be granted to the petitioner. Considering these aspects the division bench adjourned the petition to 12.09.2022 for filing a compliance report.

Today, the compliance report alongwith affidavit is filed in this Court through Shri Mayoor Gaonkar, Secretary of Village Panchayat Kundaim. The reply makes reference to issuance of notice, filing of replies to the notice and then issuing final notices. A copy of the final notice dated 26.08.2022 indicates the ultimate action of demolition. 3.
Now, considering these aspects, in our opinion, the purpose for which the petitioners approached this Court is now duly served. Grievance raised in the petition of non-action no longer survives in view of the compliance report submitted to this Court. 4.
