Heard Mr. Nadkarni, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. The applicant was released on bail by this Court, who is apprehending arrest in Crime No.43/2014 under Sections 201, 477, 477A, 120B, 406, 408, 409, 468, 471 and 420 read with Section 34 of IPC. and sections 7, 13 (1) (a) and (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. One of the conditions in the order was that the applicant shall surrender his Passport, if any, with the Investigating Officer within eight days from the date of the order.

3. The applicant seeks to visit United Kingdom and needs his passport. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that it takes time to obtain VISA of UK unless his passport is released and permission is sought to leave the country.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor has no objection for giving necessary directions to the learned Special Judge.

5. For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant may approach the learned Special Judge for release of his passport as well as seeking necessary permission to leave India. The learned Special Judge shall consider the prayer of the applicant on both counts and pass necessary orders.

6. The application stands disposed of.
