Mr. Rodrigues, learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that this petition was drafter by the Petitioner himself. He points out that it may be necessary to consider whether the petition can be proceeded in the form in which it is presently filed. He, therefore, upon instructions of the Petitioner who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings including, if necessary, a fresh petition.

2. In the peculiar circumstances of the present case, we permit the withdrawal of this petition alongwith liberty as prayed.

WP/306/2019 However, we clarify that all objections of all the Respondents are also expressly kept open.

3. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
