with Ms. A. Kamat, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents no.1 to 3 and 6. Ms. Reeha Halarnkar, the learned Counsel appears for the respondent no.4 and Mr. Preetam Talaulikar, the learned Counsel appears for the respondent no.5. 2.

From the perusal of the reliefs in this petition, it is apparent that the petitioner desired that the proceedings before the respondent no.3 in relation to the construction put up by the respondent no.5 be expedited.

The learned Advocate General has made a statement that just yesterday the respondent no.3 has not only concluded the proceedings but has also made an Order directing the respondent no.5 to demolish the structures put up and to restore the land to its original condition. The learned Advocate General points out that this Order was made in the presence of the petitioner as well as the respondent no.5. Accordingly, the reliefs in this petition has been suitably worked out.

This petition is accordingly disposed of and it is expected that the authorities to implement their own orders subject to the rights of the respondent no.5 to challenge such orders in accordance with law and on its own merits.
