By order dated 09.06.2023, the execution of the impugned decree was stayed subject to depositing the entire decretal amount by the next date. Admittedly, the decretal amount has not been deposited. In any case, stay is granted subject to deposit of the decretal amount within four weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited, then, this stay shall be deemed to have been vacated. 13th July 2023
