Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. Due to the absence of the applicant, NBW was directed to be issued against him on 5.2.2018. Today, the applicant is present in person and prayed for cancellation of his warrant.

3. By way of last opportunity warrant directed to be issued against the applicant is recalled subject to penalty of Rs.500/- to be deposited in this Court. After depositing the penalty, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing fresh bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Rest of the conditions passed in order of bail dated 18.12.2014 shall be

CRMAB/36/2018 followed.
