2. The applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition no. 10(a)(i) imposed vide order dated 11/11/2014 in Criminal Application (Bail) No. 249/2014, by which, the applicant was directed not to visit his native village Usgao in Ponda Taluka, until filing of the chargesheet.
3. It is submitted that there is marriage in the family of the applicant, which is to be solemnized in the mid of April, 2015 and the applicant intends to visit his native place.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the chargesheet is already filed in the matter. If that be so, nothing survives in the application in as much as the applicant was prevented from visiting the village only till filing of the chargesheet.
