Tis Petition challenges the Tender Notice dated 1/10/2020. By an order dated 4th November 2020, ad interim relief was refused. Tereafter, the matter appeared on 15/12/2020 and it was adjourned.

None appears for the Petitioner perhaps for the reason that the matter has been taken forward in the absence of any interim order. Perhaps, the work order must have been issued. 3.

Terefore, we dispose of the writ petition. In case cause survives, then, it is open to the Petitioner to revive the Petition within a reasonable time.
