2. This is an application to substitute the Arbitrator appointed by this Court by an Order dated 28th August, 2015 under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

3. As the learned Arbitrator, so appointed, has recused himself on account of his health condition, Shri Pramod Kamat, Retired District Judge is appointed as the Arbitrator to proceed

MCA/139/2017 with the arbitration proceedings and adjudicate the dispute between the parties in terms of the Order dated 28th August, 2015 and in accordance with law.
