1. Heard Mr. Faldesai, Deputy Solicitor General of India for the Petitioner-State.

2. In this petition challenge is to the grant of bail to the Accused/Respondent in the matter connected to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. Mr. Faldessai submits that the learned Sessions Court granted bail on condition that in case the CFSL report is received confirming the contraband as Drugs/Substance and that too in a commercial quantity, the State is having liberty to seek cancellation of bail. 7th October, 2024

4. Though, the said order was challenged before this Court, in the meantime, the report from CFSL is received confirming the substance is Narcotic drugs/substance. Accordingly, an application was filed for cancellation of bail, which was allowed by the Sessions Court.

5. Mr. Faldessai submits that, accordingly, the prayer in the present petition stands worked out.

6. In view of the above submissions, petition stands disposed of in above terms.
