After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties for sometime, Mr. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General submits that the respondent No.2 shall dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner bearing No.1/2011/3582 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within three months from today.
