We find that the applicant has not filed the appeal as yet. True it is that we had granted 15 days' time to file the appeal, but at this stage when the appeal itself has not been filed, it will not be appropriate to fix any time limit for deciding the appeal. However, the applicant is free to renew his prayer if the appeal, which would be filed, is not decided within a reasonable time.
2. With the aforesaid observations, the application is disposed of, with liberty to the applicant to renew the prayer as aforesaid.
