Shri Gaurish Nagvenkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice on behalf of the respondent - State.

2. Shri Siddhesh Shet, learned Advocate seeks for the modification of the order dated 22/01/2020 pursuant to which one of the conditions imposed for the release of the applicant on bail was that he shall not leave the State of Goa without the prior permission of the Trial Court. However the position is now changed inasmuch as the wife of the applicant is in an advanced stage of pregnancy and that the applicant is required to visit her and attend to her for medical treatment out of the State of Goa.

CRMA/59/2020 In the circumstances therefore and as there is no serious objection on behalf of the State, the condition to that extent is modified.

3. The permission is granted to the applicant to leave the State of Goa. He shall further ensure his presence during the course of the trial before the learned Sessions Court.
