Heard Mr. Vithal Naik for the Applicant. From the submissions made before us, we do not think, for the present any case is made out to issue notice to the Respondent to show cause as to why any action under the Contempt of Courts Act be noted initiated against him. However, since the Petitioner has addressed a letter dated 4.2.2020 to the Bank, we request the Bank to at least respond to this letter within a period of two weeks to the Petitioner. 2.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
