Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

2. There are various prayers made in this application, primarily for taking action under Section 14 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the record, it appears that this Court in W.P.No.340/2014, by an order dated 06/10/2015, had directed the Commissioner of Excise to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of three months. It appears that the enquiry was not completed within the said period whereupon the applicant initiated proceedings in Contempt Petition No.1/2016, which was disposed of by this Court on 05/02/2016, accepting the unconditional apology

MCA/206/2016 tendered by the concerned authority, which was respondent no.3 in the said Contempt Petition. Now again, this application is filed for taking action under the Contempt of Courts Act, which would not be permissible once this Court has already accepted the unconditional apology and the enquiry is also completed.
