6. To be specific, the 5th respondent is "the daughter of the deceased Petitioner No.1(e) and the Petitioner No.1(e)(i)" and the 6th respondent is the 5th respondent's husband.

2. The petitioners have filed this Misc. Civil Application to transpose respondent nos.5 and 6 as additional petitioners.

3. The respondents have no objection.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the Court allows it.
