Heard Mr. Valmiki Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. A.D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. This is an application to stay the operations of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 30/06/2015. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicants states that the applicants shall either deposit the amount with the Registry of this Court or furnish a Bank Guarantee of a Nationalized Bank, as security towards the decretal amount.

3. Hence, operation of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 30/06/2015 is stayed, subject to the applicants depositing the

CA/30/2016 decretal amount or furnishing a Bank Guarantee of a Nationalised Bank, with the Registry of this Court within 8 weeks from today. Application stands disposed of.
