3. Considering the errors sought to be corrected and taking note of the fact that the Petition has not been admitted, leave to amend granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week. Needless to say, the Respondents are at liberty to file reply, if so advised. Amended copy of the Petition to be served on the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents.
