Perused the Application. By a speaking order dated 29 November 2017, we have issued Rule in the Writ Petition and not granted any interim relief. In the circumstances, we do not find that the prayer sought for in this Civil Application is warranted. The Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of. 2.

We had indicated in our order dated 29 November 2017

2 ca137-18 dt 16-10-18 that the Petitioners have an alternate remedy. If the Petitioners are desirous of pursuing the alternate remedy, the Petitioners can apply for withdrawal of the Writ Petition within a period of four weeks from today and then their request for early disposal of the alternate remedy can be considered.
