By this application, the Applicants (original Petitioners) are seeking extension of time to carry out amendment before the Court below in terms of the Order dated 24.01.2022 passed by this Court allowing Writ Petition no. 194 of 2021. This Court had granted time of three weeks from the date of the Order to carry out the amendment. 2.

It is stated that the person looking after the case was affected by Covid-19, which has resulted in delay. Hence, for the reason stated, the time period for carrying out amendment in terms of the order dated 24.01.2022 is extended by a period of one week from today as a matter of last chance.
