It appears that there was an error in the name of the applicant in the cause title of the First Appeal no.177/2006 and because of the error in the name, the respondents find it difficult to issue the cheque. The learned Addl. Govt. Advocate has no objections to make necessary corrections. As such, prayer is granted to correct the name of the applicant and to issue cheque in the corrected name. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Registry shall issue cheque within three weeks in the corrected name.
