WP-284-24 This is basically a Petition seeking a direction for the expedition of the proceedings before the Additional Director of Panchayats in case No. ADP-I/Carambolim/PA.434/2023/8622. The above case, it appears, was instituted only in December 2023. An ex parte order was made by the Additional Director on 8/12/2023. The returnable date was 31/1/2024. The Petitioner has already filed an application seeking intervention. In the above circumstances, we do not think that any case is made out for ordering expedition.

This Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

There shall be no order for costs.
