2. The Petitioner, in the present petition, prays for the following reliefs :

"a. Issue a writ of certiorari or a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing and setting aside the Order dated 26/07/2018 passed by the Respondent No.4, directing the Petitioner to join a post not commensurate with his educational qualifications.

b. Issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to either offer his a post commensurate with his educational qualifications or to release him from the bond.

"

3. The learned Advocate General, on instructions, makes a

2 wp167-19-22-02-19 statement that in compliance of the impugned order, the Petitioner will be appointed as a Junior Consultant (Endocrinologist) in General Medicine Department by creating the post for the bond period. The order of appointment in that regard will be issued to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks. The statement is accepted. 4.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate General, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits the grievance raised by the Petitioner stands redressed. On issuance of such appointment order to the Petitioner, the order impugned in the Petition would stand automatically withdrawn. 5.

The Petition stands accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
