2. There is some delay in taking out proceedings in setting aside abatement in bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent no.4.

3. There is sufficient cause shown in the application. The matter is pending and even otherwise, the applicants have been diligent in pursuing the matter. Taking into consideration all such circumstances the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses a, b and c. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
