Mr. Nigel Da Costa Frias, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.2 - Panchayat states that the petitioners' applications dated 24.9.2019 and 4.11.2019, will be placed before the Panchayat in its meeting scheduled to be held on 28.02.2020 and the same will be considered and disposed of on the said date. The decision will be communicated to the petitioner on or before 6th of March, 2020. 3.

The aforesaid statement is accepted as the statement made to this Court.

By this statement made to the Court and accepting the aforesaid statement, we direct the Panchayat to act accordingly. We dispose of this petition on the aforesaid terms. 5.
