Heard Mr. J. E. Coelho Pereira, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. V. Rodrigues, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2.

2. This is an application for amendment of the above petition to inter alia incorporate the subsequent events.

3. The learned Government Advocate opposes the said amendment, as according to him, such averments are irrelevant.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping all the contentions of the respondents open, we find that the applicant is entitled for grant of a leave to amend the petition. Hence, leave

MCA/193/2016 granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week, with copies thereof to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.
