On 24.06.2019, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had asked for return of the file. The learned Counsel for the petitioner thereafter moved an application for discharge and withdrawal of his vakalatnama vide his application at Flag A dated 06.07.2019.

2. On 08.07.2019, the petitioner No.2 appeared in person and sought one week's time to engage another Counsel. At his

WP/171/2019 request, the matter stood adjourned to 18.07.2019 i.e. today. Ad-interim relief was continued till date.

3. Today, despite opportunity, neither the petitioner is present nor any one on his behalf is present in the Court.
