Mr. Lawande, learned Counsel,on the basis of instructions, states that the petitioners' application dated 31/01/2020 which is to be found at Exhibit 'C' (page 70 of the paperbook) will be positively disposed of by 27/02/2020 by the GSPCB. 4.

Mr. D.J. Pangam, learned Advocate General states that depending upon the decision which the GSPCB will take on the petitioners' application the respondent no.2 will take the necessary decision in relation to activation of the transit permit. 5.

Accepting the aforesaid statement and directing the respondents to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition. 6.

All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
