Mr. Amonkar, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that pending inquiry against the Petitioner, the passport, which will have a validity of one year, is being issued to the Petitioner. Such passport will be issued to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a

Accepting the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this Petition. All contentions of all parties are expressly kept open. 4.
