The impugned judgment and sentence is suspended and the applicant is ordered to be enlarged on bail upon execution of a personal bond in the amount of ₹20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) and one local surety in coextensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panaji sitting at Ponda.
